AMAZING BRUNCH SPOT South City Kitchen delivers a fantastic southern food experience with bold flavors and comforting classics. The crispy fried chicken, served with mashed potatoes and greens, had a beautiful presentation but mildly seasoned, while the trout meal was flavorful and well-executed. DINNER FOR 2 We started with cornbread, butter biscuits, and fried Gouda with sweet chili sauce, which were absolute highlights of the evening. Each bite was rich and satisfying, setting the tone for a great meal. However, the Old Fashioned whiskey and Spiced Pear Mule fell a bit short compared to our last visit—they lacked the depth we were expecting. The convenience of parking was a plus, with a garage located right above the restaurant. Another great feature is their use of the “Sunday' payment system, allowing guests to pay directly from their phones. It’s perfect for groups, as it lets you split and itemize the bill effortlessly. Overall, South City Kitchen remains a solid choice for southern comfort food with standout dishes, though we hope for a little more consistency in the cocktails next time.

Came here for my sister's birthday. The drinks, food, and service were excellent. The fried chicken, pork chop, and trout were delicious. It's safe to say that our entire party enjoyed themselves and we will be back.

Great spot to meet up with friends for brunch. Food selections were diverse and everyone enjoyed their meal. Food was seasoned to perfection. Love the twist they put on their fried chicken livers. Their cornbread muffins with real corn kernels was a treat. No brunch is complete without mimosas. We ordered a pitcher of Mango Mimosa which was perfectly mixed. Plus, Valet Parking is only 2 tip.

Excellent lunch in Buckhead. Started w/ Gouda Fritters and Biscuit/Cornbread Basket for the table. Continued with Chicken Chopped Salad and Nashville Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich. Ended w/ Banana Pudding Trifle. All food items were outstanding. The service was attentive and friendly. Food items came out well-spaced. The restaurant setting and ambiance were clean and modern. South City Kitchen delivered - living up to its reputation.

I came here after having a bad experience and leaving Bar Nistro… Long story short. I was happy to finally make it because they were on my places to visit list. I sat at the bar and Sam was absolutely amazing. He gave me great food advice/recommendations, he was knowledgeable of the menu options, and his customer service was excellent!! 10/10 recommend and I will definitely to try some entrees and other menu options. Oh and that bread…

I had 4 reservations for the Thanksgiving experience. It was a was a 3 course meal with hearty servings. It was well worth it. The best part was the amazing service. Absolutely great seating.

We sat at the bar for lunch and were served by Jade, who made our first visit truly memorable. She gave us great recommendations, and everything she suggested was spot on. She also made a phenomenal espresso martini with Irish cream, just how I like it. The bar seats were surprisingly comfortable, which is rare and made the experience even better. We ordered the Nashville bites, fried chicken, and shrimp & grits all delicious. Thanks to Jade’s warm hospitality and excellent service, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Food was delicious. After the appetizer, I forgot to keep taking pictures because I was so eager for the next meal. It brought me right up to the edge of feeling too full, but it was all delectable. Highly recommended.
